Jan Hingar’s journey reflects resilience and ambition
From an early age, Jan demonstrated strong ambition and dedication to both football and gaming.
He devoted himself intensively to his education, earning a B.A. in Financial Services from Hochschule Kaiserslautern and an M.Sc. in Business Administration with a focus on Financial Management from Northumbria University.
Through this, Jan gained extensive knowledge in investment banking and private equity, which enabled him to support corporate finance and private equity projects at Boston Consulting Group in both German-speaking and international markets. Additionally, he founded the cybersecurity start-up Simplitas, which specializes in IT solutions for family businesses.
In addition to entrepreneurial coaching, Jan provides strategic consulting for start-ups such as LEAGUES and Upstrive. He also mentors 10 students, aged 20 to 25, helping them navigate professional challenges and personal development.
In 2025, Jan will celebrate his 29th birthday and publish his book Twenty-Nine: It's Time... Act Now!. The book offers a deep reflection on personal resilience and the systemic challenges in society and education. Through his work as an author, entrepreneur, and mental health activist, Jan empowers and inspires others.
